Ms. Allen joined Keker & Van Nest in the winter of 2016 after volunteering at the San Francisco District Attorney's office for six months. While at the District Attorney’s office, she served as sole trial counsel in six jury trials and simultaneously managed a significant caseload. Prior to joining the District Attorney’s Office, Ms. Allen was a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of a large firm where she litigated cases in both state and federal court, including a consumer class action and restructuring and bankruptcy-related disputes.
A native Texan, Ms. Allen graduated from Stanford Law School where she was a member of the Stanford Law Review and Co-President of the Women of Stanford Law. Ms. Allen graduated summa cum laude from Duke University with a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa society.
