Attorney of the Year, California Lawyer

Robert Van Nest won the 2013 Intellectual Property Attorney of the Year for successfully defending Google against Oracle's $6 billion copyright and patent claims over technology in the Android operating system.
Dan Purcell and Eric MacMichael were named the 2012 Attorneys of the Year in the area of pro bono.
Jeffrey Chanin was named the 2010 Attorney of the Year in the area of intellectual property law.

In 2010, Stuart Gasner was chosen the Litigator of the Week for his win against the Securities and Exchange Commission in a stock options backdating case.
In 2009, Jeffrey Chanin was named the Litigator of the Week for his trade secret case victory on behalf of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company.
In 2009, Elliot Peters' work representing John J. Tennison and the Major League Baseball Players Association earned him the Litigator of the Week.
