Brook Dooley is a partner at Keker & Van Nest and has been with the firm since 2004. Brook represents businesses and individuals in white collar criminal matters and complex civil litigation. He has tried a variety of cases to verdict in state and federal courts.

Recently, Brook was part of a trial team that successfully defended an Internet company against a nine-figure breach of contract claim. In the past, he has represented a nationally known Mississippi trial attorney charged in multiple federal criminal cases; a publicly traded medical device company in securities and derivative actions; and a prominent Southern California class action lawyer in connection with a federal fraud investigation. Brook also successfully represented a major chip manufacturer in litigation before the International Trade Commission.

Brook received his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago in 1996 and graduated magna cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2003. After law school, Brook clerked for the Hon. Myron H. Thompson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
